Before joining Neal Analytics, Sean worked for an international recruitment firm placing both technical resources and executive level candidates across the Asian market as well as conducting business development in Tokyo, Japan. He also worked at Amazon where he made an immediate impact recruiting and building out a development team for the Windows Business Group. Prior to Amazon, Sean recruited for Vega Consulting where he was instrumental in growing the Microsoft account and becoming their top recruiter. He thrives in fast-paced agile environments and has a gift for identifying top tier talent across non-technical and technical domains.
