High altitude pictures with GIS metadata to C3 integration

Challenges

A defense contractor wanted separate multi-layered high-altitude pictures with geo-localization meta-data from Geographic Information System (GIS). They needed to ingest new and updated images and associated data into a C3 system.

Solutions

Neal Analytics worked with the contractor to develop a connector that ingests pictures and GIS meta-data into the C3 platform. We enabled JavaScript to C3 (i.e. Python-like C3 language) interface and developed using C3 web-based Integrated Development Interface (IDE).

Results

The solution resulted in automated ingestion of pictures and geolocation meta-data into the C3 platform from an existing GIS system. The customer was able to identify the new and updated records and update the C3 platform accordingly.
