In almost 20 years of holding senior executive positions in Fortune 500 organizations or the strategic partners that advise them, he has world class experience across the board of CPG, retail, hospitality, customer experience, leading marketing and insight departments and strategically positioning companies for growth.
Following long tenures at dunnhumby, Rite Aid and GNC, he now leads Neal Analytics’ practices working with a wide range of clients who together are defining the digital future which we all find ourselves in. He is focused on supporting individuals or brands that have the ambition to be thought leaders in in their fields of expertise. Immediately prior to joining Neal, he launched a non-profit coffee shop, and an employee-owned consultancy focused on ethical company culture, leadership and purpose-driven careers.
In his “downtime” he enjoys travel, every kind of outdoor sport, and of course his friends and family. He will probably never retire.
