As Director of Recruiting & Talent Acquisition, Sean is responsible for leading and developing Neal’s talent-hiring strategies and a team of Recruiters for identifying technical talent. Sean has over eight years of talent acquisition experience and joined the Neal team in 2016. Before joining Neal, he spent time recruiting at Amazon, worked as a full-desk Recruiter in Thailand & Japan, and was a top performing Recruiter for several Seattle-based boutique hiring firms. Sean takes great pride in leading high-performing teams and building strong relationships with top talent to find meaningful and impactful opportunities to develop a career that meets their full potential and aspirations.
