Jayson is a research scientist / data scientist by training and has worked at Neal for the last 3 ½ years in various roles. As both a student and practitioner of data science, Jayson has worked to incorporate cutting-edge technologies in machine learning into areas of more traditional scientific research. This has given him experience with applying data science principals to a large variety of complex problem spaces. He is passionate about software and experiment design, data processing and visualization, and leveraging existing technologies in new and interesting ways.
